Due to an upcoming opening and expanded work load we have a rare job opening.
We currently run a state of the art full service printing company using some of the most modern and efficient equipment in the industry.
We do a gamut of print production from offset, dry toner digital, digital uv inkjet, digital solvent inkjet and uv inkjet flatbed printing.
We also do complete finishing services for our customers and have a full production bindery using new modern equipment.
We invest in the latest technology and invest in top notch people to produce the best products possible.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be responsible for all bindery operations using modern touch screen equipment - Production of high quality and critical products through the finishing process - Occasional lifting of paper and cartons up to 50 pounds - Standing for prolonged periods of time - Fast-paced environment; subject to numerous schedule and priority changes and short notice activity - Previous experience in die cutting on both rotary and letterpress is a bonus - Noise level is usually moderate to loud in a production environment Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of computers and machines that have various touch screen systems - Must be a Team Player with excellent verbal, phone, and written email communication skills - Ideal Candidate must have basic Math and Ruler measurement skills - Understanding of print functions and full bindery processes - Attention to detail, Ability to multi task, Manage a flexible work load - Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more as needed using both arms - 1 years minimum experience at similar job, will train the right person - Successful applicants should be highly motivated, have the desire to succeed.
