Experience &
Qualifications:
1-year automotive repair experience preferred but not required Automotive repair experience preferred but not required Trade school experience a plus ASE or I-CAR certifications a plus Ability to learn and understand collision repair processes and terminology Understanding of technology & basic software programs Ability to learn Aftermarket and OEM diagnostic scan tools and factory software Knowledge and ability to use computers, mobile devices, and related technology efficiently is a plus Travel may be required for continuing education and certification training Self-motivated, positive attitude, with a customer focused vision Who are we looking for? Ability to develop relationships and foster a high level customer experience Ability to learn and perform static and dynamic ADAS Calibrations on foreign, domestic and EV (electric) vehicles on site or at customer locations Troubleshoot complex calibration repairs Test drive vehicles after repairs are completed Adequately explain ADAS calibration specifications and repair planning needs; to include collision repair center personnel, insurance adjusters, and direct customers Basic knowledge of how to remove and install vehicle parts - Example:
Bumper, trim panels, mirrors Complete pre and post scans with OE and/or aftermarket tools, communicate outcome effectively After training completion, must be able to complete static and dynamic calibrations per OE Specifications Communicate with field team to ensure efficiency and productivity Responsible for ensuring tooling software updates are completed immediately Accountable for assigned inventory (including vehicles, mobile devices, laptops, OE scan tools, other equipment provided) Participate in virtual (online) training sessions as needed Complete assigned training and certifications as needed Maintain a well-organized work area Perform other related duties as assigned Passionate about our customer's goals and production targets A problem solver Committed to excellence Professional, knowledgeable, and seeks continuous growth Precision proudly provides the following:
